THENCE, along said Access Denial Line with the northwest line of this tract, continuing through the interior of said C & G tract, same being the proposed southwest ROW line of F.M. Hwy. 3407 (Wonder World Drive), N55 ° 58'36 "E 44.75 feet a 1/2" iron rod with a TxDOT aluminum cap set at the end of said Access Denial Line 175.25 feet right of Engineer's Centerline Station 91 +54.39, same being the north corner of this tract, same also being in the northeast line of said C & G tract and the southwest line of said Buie tract, from said point an Elm stump found at an angle point in the northeast line of said C & G tract and in the southwest line of said Buie tract, bears N34 °24'06 "W 94.37 feet, from said elm stump a fence corner post found at the north corner of said C & G tract and the west corner of said Buie tract same being an angle point in the southeast line of a tract described in a deed to Marion H. Wills, of record in Volume 629, Page 186, Real Property Records, bears N45 0 42'49 "W 874.98 feet; THENCE, with the northeast line of this tract, same being the northeast line of said C & G tract and the southwest line of said Buie tract, the following three courses: 4.
