Hwy. 3407 (Wonder World Drive), same also being the northeast <br />corner of this tract, same being in the north line of said C & G tract and in the southeast <br />line of a tract described in a deed to Milton Daniel Buie Properties Partnership, of record <br />in Volume 399, Page 326, Real Property Records, Hays County, Texas, from said point a <br />fence corner post in the north line of said C & G tract and an angle point in the southeast <br />line of said Buie tract bears N57 °49'15 "E 3 16.34 feet; <br />THENCE, with the northeast line of this tract, through the interior of said C & G tract, <br />same being the proposed northeast ROW line of F.M.
