Contractors: <br />a. whose bid prices or fees are of equal scope and within five percent or less <br />of the lowest qualified bids of non -Local Contractors; <br />b. that, as the specific Local Contractor(s) submitting the bid, have <br />performed the entire scope of the work related to their bid on or supplied at least one <br />project comparable in size and scope to the component of the Project for which bids are <br />being solicited; and <br />C. that demonstrate the bidding Local Contractor's financial responsibility by <br />providing evidence of ability to provide payment and performance bonds for an amount <br />equal to the value of the proposed scope of the work by such Local Contractor. <br />Section 2.08. Information Regarding Use of Local Contractors and Compliance. <br />Upon completion of all work on the Project, Developer shall provide to the City the following <br />information regarding the utilization of Local Contractors: <br />a. the total value of all contracts let on the Project; <br />b. the dollar value of contracts let to Local Contractors; <br />C. the name and location information of each Local Contractor; <br />d. a breakdown of the dollar value of work let to each Local Contractor; <br />e. a breakdown of the number of full -time and part-time personnel hired or <br />retained by each Local Contractor for the Project. <br />If less than 20 percent of the work on the Project is performed by Local Contractors, then, in <br />addition to the above information, Developer shall submit to the City certified proof of <br />publication of the solicitation of bids for all phases of the construction of the Project.
