Consider adoption of Resolution 2008-131R, approving an agreement between the City and Easter Seals-Central Texas for vegetation control, debris removal and landscape maintenance in a not to exceed amount of $508,869.55; authorizing the City Manager to execute this agreement on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. 16. Consider adoption of Resolution 2008-132R, awarding a construction contract to Stokes Construction Company for the Civil Air Patrol Building, Phase I Project in the amount of $68,586.00; authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract documents on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. 17.
