<br />1.13. Pole means a City electric distribution system pole that IS capable of supporting <br />Attachments. <br /> <br />1.14. Pre-Permit Survey means work performed by or for the City to determine the Make-Ready <br />Work necessary to accommodate the Licensee's Attachments on a Pole. This work includes, but <br />is not limited to, field inspection, loading calculations, facility design, and administrative <br />processmg. <br /> <br />1.15. Reserved Space means space on a Pole that the City has reserved for <br /> <br />A. the City's current or planned future electric utility service, including any plan for <br />moving the neutral as part of converting phases; or <br /> <br />B. the future attachment of City communications facilities. <br /> <br />Areas of Reserved Space are defined in the Technical Specifications or specified in Permits. <br /> <br />1.16. Riser means metallic or plastic encasement materials placed vertically on a Pole to guide <br />and protect Attachments. <br /> <br />1.17. Tag means to place distinct markers on wires, cables and equipment, coded by color or <br />other means specified by the City, that readily identify the type of Attachment and its owner. <br /> <br />1.18. Technical Specifications means the technical specifications for Attachments promulgated <br />by the City's Electric Utility Department. <br /> <br />1.19. Telecommunications Service means a service offering or providing transmission of voice, <br />video or data information between or among points specified by the user of the service, <br />regardless of the facilities used, and all ancillary or adjunct services rendered in connection with <br />the transmissions. <br /> <br />1.20. Will is mandatory and not merely directory. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2. GRANT OF LICENSE <br /> <br />2.0 I. The City grants to the Licensee a revocable, nonexclusive license authorizing the Licensee <br />to maintain its existing Attachments on the Poles, and to install and maintain new Attachments <br />on the Poles, subject to the provisions ofthis Agreement. <br /> <br />2.02.
