Existing ROW for Comanche Street is 44 <br />Pat Garrison - Minor Arterial (85' r-o-w) feet. This development proposes a dedication or <br /> reservation ROW to accommodate alignment with <br /> the University's improvements north of the <br /> property. The Transportation Plan recommends a <br /> future ROW width of 85 feet for Pat Garrison which <br /> is defined as a minor arterial. Existing ROW for Pat <br /> Garrison is 47 feet.
