7. Renewal. <br />This Agreement may be renewed under similar terms and conditions if all parties <br />provide their written consent to the renewal on or before September 30, 2009. <br />8. Assignment and Amendment. <br />No party may assign its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the <br />written consent of the other parties.
