For the purposes of this proposal, you will be referred <br />to as the Client and Clark Condon Associates, Inc. as the Landscape Architect. <br />SCOPE OF WORK — The Landscape Architect will be responsible for providing <br />planting design services for approximately .8 miles of FM 3407 R.O.W. from 1 -35 to <br />Hunter Road including intersections at Hunter Road, RM12, Craddock Road and 1 -35. <br />This will be accomplished by working closely with the Client and the Owner. <br />The Design Services include the following: <br />DESIGN DEVELOPMENT - During this phase, the Landscape Architect will prepare 3 <br />planting design options for Owner review. Design Development plans will depict actual <br />materials, sizes and locations of all elements. Services to be provided in this phase <br />include: <br />1. Materials selection. <br />2. Cost estimates based on Design Development drawings. <br />3. Coordination with project team. <br />CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS - The Construction Documents phase will be initiated <br />after the Client's approval of Design Development. The Landscape Architect will <br />prepare all Construction Documents and Technical Specifications for bidding and <br />installation of the landscape architectural components. Services to be provided in this <br />phase include: <br />1. Planting plans including all tree, shrub, vine and groundcover selections for all <br />locations. <br />2. Details for all landscape materials with specifications as required for proper <br />construction, installation or finishing of all landscape components. These shall <br />include but not be limited to tree, shrub and groundcover planting, tree guying, <br />and edging details. <br />3.
