Technical specifications in MasterSpec Format. <br />BIDDING — After completion and approval of the Construction Documents, the <br />Landscape Architect will provide the Client with stamped reproducible drawings for <br />inclusion in the project pricing. <br />CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION - The Landscape Architect will provide <br />Construction Administration for the project on an hourly basis, as requested. <br />FEE - The total fee for this project is a lump sum based upon the estimated time for <br />professional services plus reimbursable expenses. <br />Design Development $5,750.00 <br />Construction Documents $11,250.00 <br />Bidding $500.00 <br />Construction Administration Hourly <br />TOTAL $17,500.00 <br />We consider Additional Services to include changes made after a phase of work has <br />been accepted and we have been authorized by the Client to proceed to the next <br />phase. <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES - The Client shall pay the Landscape Architect for the <br />cost of out of town travel expenses, mileage, printing, and other directly related costs. <br />All expenses will be billed at cost plus 15 %. <br />EXTRA SERVICES - Additional services, if requested by the Client, will be considered <br />as extra services and be billed hourly at the rates listed below. <br />Principal <br />$150.00 /hou r <br />Senior Associate <br />$115.00 /hou r <br />Project Manager <br />$100.00 /hou r <br />Assistant Project Manager <br />$75.00 /hour <br />Project Staff <br />$65.00 /hour <br />Administrative <br />$55.00 /hou r <br />EXCLUSIONS TO THE CONTRACT <br />I.
