The costs associated with the submission of plans for review under the Architectural Barriers Act will be paid by the City. 1.5.2 Print PS &E document on half -size (11 "x17 ") sheets at a 1 inch = 50 feet scale. The plan set will include a title sheet with table of contents, quantity summary sheets, project layout/ survey data sheet(s), typical section sheet(s), construction phasing /traffic control plan sheets showing storm water pollution prevention plan ( "SW3P ") features, roadway and drainage plan and profile sheets depicting removal data, storm -drain calculation/tabulation sheets, signing and pavement marking layout sheets, signalization sheets, and miscellaneous and standard detail sheets. The Engineer will prepare the plans according to TxDOT format and TxDOT standard details will be applied whenever possible. 1.5.3 Submit for review by the City and TxDOT a 90% plan set to include all design sheets as well as all applicable standard sheets. The Engineer will submit this plan set for consideration of final design review comments. The Engineer will submit an updated Estimated Opinion of Probable Cost ( "EOPC ") for review along with the plans at this time. 1.5.4 After comments from the 90% review have been addressed and any outstanding issues resolved by the City and the Engineer, submit a final paper -copy (99 %). The Engineer will include a final EOPC with this submittal. 1.5.5 Design cross - sections will not be included in the bid documents. However, the Engineer will distribute one copy each of the cross sections to the Contractor, the City, and TxDOT at the pre- construction meeting. 1.5.6 Assist the City in connection with the City's responsibility for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. In addition, the Engineer will assist the City in obtaining approvals and permits from TxDOT and TCEQ. 1.5.7 Be responsible for the printing and binding of 10 sets of bid documents (not including construction drawings) at no additional cost to the City The Engineer will provide digital copies of all bid documents, technical plans and specifications in .pdf format to the City. 1.5.8 Obtain approval from City Inspectors of all technical plans and specifications necessary for successful completion of the Project prior to allowing the construction contract to be let for bid. 1.6 TASK 6 - BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION The Construction phase of this Project will commence with the award of the construction contract and will terminate when the Project is accepted by the City.
