Similarly, <br />when the intermediate term milestones <br />are reached, it will be time to program <br />for the long term activity milestones. <br /> <br />As a master plan is a conceptual <br />document, implementation of these <br />capital projects should only be <br />undertaken after further refinement of <br />their design and costs through <br />architectural and engineering analyses. <br /> <br />The cost estimates presented in this <br />chapter have been increased to allow for <br />engineering any other contingencies <br />that may arise on the project. Capital <br />costs presented here should be viewed <br />only as estimates subject to further <br /> <br />6-2 <br />
