<br />approval of an amended plans. If Tenant is unable or unwillin to satisf Landlord's reasons for
<br />disapproval per reV_1S3_=S and:
<br />(a) if this addendum is executed after the lease commenced, then Tenant will not construct the
<br />improvements and this Addendum will have no further effect or
<br />(b) if this addendum is executed before the lease commences the lease will terminate and Landlord will
<br />refund an securit deposit and advanced rent paid b Tenant.
<br />( 4) "Final plans" means the plans that Landlord approves under this Para C.
<br />D. C hang e Orders: Tenant must obtain Landlord's advanced written approval of an proposed chan to the
<br />final plans. Landlord will approve or disapprove an proposed chan within 5 da after Landlord
<br />receives a cop of the proposed chan order from Tenant. Landlord will not unreasonabl withhold
<br />approval of an proposed chan order. If Landlord does not notif Tenant of a disapproval of a proposed
<br />chan order within the time specified, the proposed chan order is deemed approved.
<br />E. Contractor: Before construction be Tenant will enter into a written construction contract with a
<br />contractor acceptable to Landlord to construct the improvements in accordance with the final plans. An
<br />subcontractors emplo b Tenant or Tenant's contractors must be acceptable to Landlord. Landlord will
<br />not unreasonabl withhold approval of contractors and subcontractors.
<br />F. Con s tr u ct ion :
<br />(1) Tenant will dili complete the improvements in accordance with the final plans and will satisf an

<br />construction of the improvements must be performed in a g ood workmanlike manner and must compl
<br />with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and g overnmental orders and re Construction of
