Leasehold construction Addendum concerning 2 14 E H l- on San Marcos TX 78666 <br />E. Tenant may, at reasonable tines during construction, inspect the construction of the improvements. Tenant <br />may object to any deficiencies in the completion of the improvements by providing specific written notice to <br />Landlord and Landlord will promptly cure the deficiencies. Upon completion of the improvements, Tenant will <br />acknowledge in writing (e.g., TAR No. 2113) that the improvements have been completed and that Tenant <br />accepts the leased premises for the purposes of the lease. <br />F. Paragraph 313 of the lease governs any delay in the commencement of the lease or occupancy by Tenant <br />caused by the construction of the improvements. <br />G.
