Presentation and discussion on the proposed Paso Robles Development. <br />Shaun Cranston, with Carma Texas, Inc., provided a brief presentation on their proposed Paso <br />Robles development of 1,300 acres accessed off Centerpoint Road at the south end of the city. It <br />is mainly residential with a large amount of green space and a small amount of commercial <br />development. Approximately 43 acres are located within the corporate limits. They will <br />preserve, protect and enhance the natural area, incorporating existing ponds and vistas. They <br />have a comprehensive parks and open space plan that includes a public golf course. <br />37. Question and answer session with press and public. <br />There were no questions. <br />38. Adjournment. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Couch and a second by Councilmember <br />Jones, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to adjourn the regular session <br />of the San Marcos City Council at 8:39 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2009.
