MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by Councilmember Terry, <br />the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve the ordinance on first of two <br />readings. The motion carried unanimously. <br />28. Remove from table and consider an ordinance amending Chapter 14, Buildings and <br />Building Regulations by repealing the existing 2003 Code and local amendments thereto and <br />adopting the 2009 edition of the International Codes with local amendments; including <br />procedural provisions and providing for penalties; and consider ordinance on the first of two <br />readings. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Thomason and a second by Councilmember <br />Jones, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to remove the ordinance from the <br />table, as previously captioned.
