He stated both <br />CPI and Fuel went down in the previous adjustment period and have spiked in this adjustment <br />period. TDS owes the City of San Marcos a credit for the last year, and rates have increased beyond <br />that credit for the upcoming year. Sabas Avila, Manager of Transportation Division, provided the <br />City Council with options of contract modifications. The City Council provided directions to move <br />forward with contract modification now with mandatory multi - family recycling. <br />35.
