He stated both CPI and Fuel went down in the previous adjustment period and have spiked in this adjustment period. TDS owes the City of San Marcos a credit for the last year, and rates have increased beyond that credit for the upcoming year. Sabas Avila, Manager of Transportation Division, provided the City Council with options of contract modifications. The City Council provided directions to move forward with contract modification now with mandatory multi - family recycling. 35.
