Legal description: A 1.35 acre, more or less, tract of land out of the J.M. Veramendi <br />Survey No. 2, Abstract No. 17, Hays County, Texas, as shown in Exhibit "A ", attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 2. The Official Zoning Map of the City, as described in Section 4.1.2.2 of the <br />City Land Development Code, is amended to rezone the tract of real property described in <br />Section 1 above from "FD" Future. Development District to "MF -12" Multiple - Family <br />Residential District. <br />SECTION 3. After its original passage, this ordinance will be subject to reconsideration <br />at the next regular City Council meeting.
