Debbie Harvey, 1115 Mountain View Drive, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke in <br />opposition to the project and the funding. <br />There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 6:23 p.m. <br />4. Hold a public hearing to receive comments for and against regarding a request for a <br />development agreement by Carma Paso Robles, LLC for 1,338.5 of land adjacent to <br />Hunter Road south of McCarty Lane, with the City of San Marcos to address annexation, <br />utility services, transportation, development standards, parkland and other project <br />amenities accompanied with duties and responsibilities of the Developer, City, and <br />Property Owners Association over the term of the Development Agreement. <br />At approximately 6:24 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz opened the Public Hearing. <br />1. Blaine Eiben, 3001 Oak Ledge, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke in opposition of the <br />project and the additional roads. <br />4. Nancy Megerson, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke in opposition of the project and the <br />additional roads. <br />5. Kevin Carswell, 132 Country Lane, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke in favor of the <br />project, stating he felt it would enhance the community. <br />6.
