every reasonable caution to avoid lodging the camera equipment in the pipeline. The City shall <br />provide approval of line segments recommended for inspection. <br />2.10 Attend community meetings. In addition, the City will approve any public relations <br />materials prepared for distribution and will also provide input and approval regarding the content <br />for the Project web site. <br />2.11 Provide input and review regarding the overall progress of the Project and information <br />regarding any potential changes in scope of the Project or other changes in the nature of the <br />Project. <br />2.12 Attend each status meeting and provide input and review regarding the overall progress of <br />the Project, and review and input for the materials presented in the meeting. The City shall <br />provide meeting space, if the monthly status meetings are held at City facilities. <br />2.13 Provide input regarding preferred rehabilitation methods and current local construction <br />cost information, if available. <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />3.1 Reimbursable expenses, including such things as expenses for plotting, reproduction of <br />documents except bid documents, auto travel mileage, delivery charges, long distance <br />communications, freight, and state accessibility review are included in the Engineer's basic <br />services compensation. <br />ARTICLE 4 <br />PAYMENTS TO THE ENGINEER <br />4.1 PAYMENTS FOR BASIC SERVICES <br />The City will pay the Engineer for Basic Services on a monthly basis following receipt by the <br />City of the Engineer's invoices showing direct and indirect labor costs, expenses for materials <br />and supplies and any other reimburseable expenses if applicable, and appropriate payment <br />requisitions. The Engineer will base its invoices upon the extent of work it has completed on a <br />percentage basis within each phase of services, in accordance with Article 13 of this Agreement, <br />less any disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof. <br />4.2 PAYMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />The City will pay the Engineer for Additional Services as defined in Section 1.17 monthly upon <br />presentation of the Engineer's statement of services rendered or expenses incurred, less any <br />disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof and an Authorization of Change in Services form <br />executed by the Engineer and the City. <br />Burgess and Niple, Inc.
