1.0.6 Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer will <br />advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services and the <br />Engineer will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br />1.0.7 Leigh Cerda, P.E., Senior Project Engineer is the Engineer's Project Representative <br />assigned to this Project. The Engineer will not substitute another representative for this Project <br />unless approved in writing by the City in advance of such proposed substitution. In the event the <br />City and the Engineer cannot agree to the substitution of the Project Representative, the City may <br />terminate this agreement in accordance with Article 7. <br />1.1 TASK 1— MOBILIZATION <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.1.1 Deploy its equipment and personnel to the Project area. <br />1.1.2 Attend all project initiation Meetings. <br />1.1.3 Develop and organize field task efforts and provide a Project schedule to the City. <br />1.1.4 Develop Project status reporting formats. <br />1.1.5 Develop formal communication channels. <br />1.1.6 Develop field task maps and data collection formats. <br />1. 1.7 Coordinate with the City in preparing and submitting invoices. <br />1.1.8 Develop channels for communication of City action items. <br />1.1.9 Prepare and submit a plan for security of Project documents. <br />1.2 TASK 2 — ABOVE GROUND PHYSICAL INSPECTION <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.2.1 Locate system assets for incorporation into the updated maps and note evidence of <br />potential problems with the City's sewer system. Utilize infrared scanning, geophysical scanning <br />( "GEMS "), limited smoke testing and electronic line locating systems as required to locate <br />manholes or trace out sewer trunk mains and interceptors. The City and Engineer estimate that <br />the footage to be inspected is 137,968 linear feet. <br />Burgess and Niple, Inc. Engineering Services Agreement <br />2 <br />
