1.2.2 Provide field crews to temporarily mark the located system assets to facilitate any City <br />provided GPS survey. <br />1.2.3 Investigate the study areas for the purpose of documenting all system assets not shown on <br />the current system maps <br />1.2.4 Document evidence of sinkholes and line breaks. <br />1.2.5 Provide a listing of system assets that are shown on the existing system maps, but not <br />located in the field. <br />1.2.6 Provide a listing of system assets located by field crews but not shown on the existing <br />system maps. <br />1.2.7 Provide a listing of manholes that were located by field crews, but were not opened due <br />to deterioration of the manhole cover and ring, etc. <br />1.2.8 Provide a listing of manholes that were buried more than four inches deep in grass and/or <br />dirt or more than one inch deep in asphalt. <br />1.2.9 Provide immediate notification the City regarding field conditions that could cause <br />damage to persons or property. The Consultant will inspect the entire collection system in the <br />study area during this field task and all subsequent field tasks. In addition, the Consultant will <br />notify the City weekly regarding manholes that could not be located or opened. <br />1.2. 10 Prepare a technical memorandum outlining the results of this task for review by the City. <br />This technical memorandum will provide tabular listings of system assets and the approximate <br />linear footage between manholes, cleanouts, etc. The Consultant will submit the memorandum <br />to the City in hard copy as well as PDF and Word formats. <br />1.2.11 Provide ArcGIS map updates for use in Task 1.4. <br />1.3 TASK 3 — BELOW GROUND PHYSICAL INSPECTION <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.3.1 Open manholes, examine the interior and inspect each sewer line entering and leaving <br />each manhole. The inspection of these manholes will involve the use of a manhole camera that is <br />designed for the inspection of sewer lines from the ground surface or descending into the <br />manhole, when necessary. In addition, the Consultant will take photographs of the top of the <br />manhole, the interior, and of all moderate to severe defects. The Consultant will provide the City <br />with all information gathered during this work, including photographs in electronic and hardcopy <br />formats. Both the Engineer and the City estimate that 567 manholes and mainline cleanouts will <br />be inspected under this Agreement. <br />Burgess and Niple, Inc. Engineering Services Agreement <br />
