Citizen Comments <br />• Blaine Eiben, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke in support to the Paso Robles project, but <br />requested Council to remove the west aerial road. <br />• Ryan Patrick Perkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666 spoke, in opposition to the Paso Robles <br />project. <br />• Anita Fuller, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke in support of the Paso Robles project. She <br />feels will provide a healthy well rounded City. <br />• Randy Dry, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke in opposition to the Paso Robles project. <br />Removed the west aerial road from the PDD. He also thankful for the Activity Center. <br />• Thea Dake, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke to what she feels is inappropriate behavior <br />of some Councilmember. <br />• Polly Wright, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke to what she feels is inappropriate <br />behavior of some Councilmember. <br />• Allyn Gill, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke in support to the Paso Robles. <br />• Ann Jensen, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke in opposition to Paso Robles and the <br />building over Edwards Aquifer. <br />• Nancy Mergerson, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke in spoke opposition to the west <br />aerial road. <br />• Steve Harvey, San Marcos, Texas 78666, spoke in spoke regarding Service Plan -not <br />allow reclaim water over the Edwarrds Aquifer. <br />• Rob Roark, San Marcos, Texas 78666 provided each Councilmember with a flower to <br />take to the Texas Night Out Celebration. He encouraged them to pass it another citizen at <br />who loves the City as much as they do. <br />• Kevin Carswell read a letter of support for the Paso Robles written by Ms. Ransack. <br />8. Receive a presentation and consider adoption of Resolution 2010 -148R approving a <br />D_ evelopment Agreement with Carma Paso Robles LLC; and declaring an effective date. <br />Shaun Cranston, Carma Paso Robles LLC, provided a powerpoint presentation regarding updated <br />Carma Paso Robles project. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Terry and a second by Councilmember <br />Thomason, the City Council voted five (5) for and two (2) opposed, Councilmember Bose and <br />Councilmember Thomaides, to adopt Resolution 2010 -148R, as previously captioned. The motion; <br />carried. <br />
