<br />will prepare a detailed schedule of its work for the Project addressing each component of <br />the work to be done, indicating the points of involvement of all project participants. The <br />Engineer will conduct progress meetings between the Project team and the Contractor as <br />necessary. The following key individuals will serve as the Engineer's representatives. <br /> <br />Principal: Mr. A. Lee Head, III P.E. <br />Project Manager: Mr. Stephen J. Coonan, P.E. <br />Project Engineer: Mr. Curtis R. Stegar, P. E. <br /> <br />Should the Engineer propose a change in representatives, it will provide advance written <br />notice of such change, complete with the qualifications/resumes of the proposed <br />individuals. Engineer will not make any changes in staffing without the prior written <br />authorization of the City. <br /> <br />1.1.7 Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer <br />will advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services, and <br />the Engineer will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble <br />this data and information. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Identify an initial scope of work for a Geotechnical evaluation of the Surface Water <br />Treatment Plant (SWTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) sites to aid in the <br />evaluation of the feasibility of constructing water storage reservoirs at these sites. The <br />preliminary scope of work will identify potential locations for borings, the number of borings, <br />depth of borings, and anticipated analyses. The Engineer shall meet on-site with the City's <br />selected Geotechnical Engineer to discuss the project. The Engineer will review and make <br />comments on the Geotechnical Report prepared by the City's Engineer. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Attend up to three project-related meetings with the City. The first meeting will be <br />held as a project-kickoff to transfer available information, request additional information, <br />and establish project communications. The second meeting will be held once the fieldwork <br />and initial evaluations have been completed to discuss the status of the project. The third <br />meeting will be held to discuss the draft reports prepared as a result of this study. <br /> <br />1.2.3 The Engineer will provide up to ten (10) copies of the following deliverables to the <br />City: <br />(a) SWTP Raw Water Reservoir Environmental Constraints Report <br />(b) SWTP Raw Water Reservoir Feasibility Study <br />(c) WWTP Reclaimed Water Environmental Constraints Report <br />(d) WWTP Reclaimed Water Feasibility Study <br />(e) Reservoir Layout Maps in .dgn Format <br /> <br />Reservoir Study Contract.wpd <br /> <br />2 <br />
