Collection Center means contractor provided facility including real property, utilities buildings, equipment, and personnel used in the collection sorting staging and processing of single stream recyclable materials received from Customers. Collection Site means a location at a Multi - family Unit used to collect multi-family single ingle stream recyclable materials which will consist of containers of sufficient number and size for single- stream recycling collection. Construction debris means waste bell ing mat ,.:.' resulting from construction and/or demolition projects, including all materials that are directly or indirectly the by- products of residential construction work or that result from demolition of buildings and other structures including but not limited to, paper, cartons, gypsum board, wood rubber and plastics Curbside Collection means collection service rendered at a residence or duplex not served by an alley, public utility easement or other public way in the rear or alongside thereof involving the Placement of containers for collection at or near the curb of the street abutting such property. Dead animal means any dead animal or part of an animal greater than 10 lbs. in weight other than those processed for human use. Director means the Director of Public Services or whatever Director or Department Director designated by the City Manager. Dwellin Unit or Dwelli means an of rooms located within R • � � y group a R or Multi- family Unit and forming a single habitable unit with facilities which are used or are intended to be used, for living cooking and eating. Garbage means decayable solid waste, including dead animals, animal and vegetable waste, food containers, and all other waste matter which is likely to attract flies or vermin, except any matter included in the definition of Bulky Waste, Dead Animal, Hazardous Waste Rubbish or Stable Matter. Garbage Container means a plastic, metal or fiberglass receptacle used to store garbage and rubbish. Hazardous Waste means any chemical, compound, mixture, substance or article designated as a "hazardous waste" under state or federal law. Multi/amily Unit means a townhouse, apartment condominium unit or other multi - family dwelling that contains 5 or more Dwellin Units. Recyclable Materials means garage or rubbish material that still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving its original purpose and that can be reused or remanufactured into other products. •
