Recycling Center means a facility operated by a private contractor that is open to the public and <br />to city offices for deposit of recyclable materials. <br />Recycling Center Services means the operation of a facility operated by a private contractor for <br />deposit of recyclable materials by the public and by city offices. <br />Residential Solid Waste means solid waste generated by a producer at a Residential Unit. <br />Residential Unit means , <br />iffEg -a single- family dwelling, townhouse, apartment, Of- condominium or other single <br />family dwelling that contains four or fewer Dwelling Units. <br />Rubbish means vendee le- Solid Waste that is not readily decayable including wood, wood <br />products, grass cuttings, plants, leaves, paper, cardboard, cloth, leather, footwear, ashes, cinders, <br />floor sweepings, glass, mineral or metallic materials, and all other waste materials other than <br />bulky waste, construction debris, garbage, hazardous waste, stable matter, tree trimmings or yard <br />waste. <br />Single Stream Recycling means co- mingled collection, transportation, and processing of <br />recyclable materials All classes of materials (i.e. lg ass paper, metals and plastics) are collected <br />in one container either by mechanical or manual means for transport to a recyclable materials <br />processing g aw for automated sorting and processing. <br />Solid waste includes Garbage, Rubbish, Bulky Waste, Construction Debris, and Stable Matter <br />affd deader. <br />Stable matter means all manure and other waste matter normally accumulated in an animal, <br />livestock or poultry stable or enclosure and resulting from the keeping of animals, poultry or <br />livestock. <br />Unacceptable Waste - Any and all waste that is either: <br />A Waste which is now or in the future prohibited from disposal at a sanitary landfill by <br />state or federal laws or the regulations promulgated thereunder; <br />B. Hazardous Waste, as defined herein; <br />C special waste as defined by the laws of the United States or the State of Texas or the <br />regulations promulgated thereunder; <br />D tires concrete and bulk petroleum or chemical products or by- products, <br />
