c) Review Plans for Compliance with Utility Accommodation Rules and proposed <br />location data. Provide the City and TxDOT with written verification that known <br />utility conflicts are clear for highway construction in preparation of TxDOT's <br />Form "A" Submission. <br />6) Pronosed Utilitv Lavout: Review the proposed utility layout that includes <br />information from the existing utility layout and shows the assigned locations of <br />relocated utilities to determine: <br />a) If facilities conflicts have been resolved; <br />b) If stakeholders have concurred with the various assigned alignments; <br />c) How to establish the sequence of construction for utility relocation work; <br />d) Which utilities, if any, will be built as part of the Project <br />e) Which facilities will be relocated prior to construction; and. <br />f) If complete and verify that the utility conflict is resolved. <br />7) Coordinate/Review of Utilitv PS &E Packages <br />a) Joint Bid Utilities; and <br />b) Non -Joint Bid Utilities <br />8) Utilitv Certifications and Special Provisions. Submit (Assume 10 Utilities): <br />a) Utility certification to TxDOT's Utility Coordinator to certify that relocation is <br />complete and is in compliance with the Utility Plans and the UAR. <br />b) Special Provisions Report to outline outstanding utility conflicts and their affects <br />on the proposed Project construction. <br />9) Permits. The Engineer will submit upon request from the City, necessary permit <br />application forms and drawings. <br />10) Utility OA/0C- Perform a QA/QC review of the existing utility layout sheets, the <br />utility tracking report spreadsheet, conflict location data table, and the proposed <br />utility layout. <br />11) Utilitv Coordination Meetings. Coordinate and attend meetings with the City and <br />utility companies for data collection, conflict resolution, to allot the locations of each <br />conflicting utility assignment, to coordinate construction schedules and assist with <br />traffic control plans when necessary. <br />1.4.12 Deliverables. As part of this Task 1.4 deliver to the City: <br />1) Right-Of-Wav Survevina: <br />a) One legal description for each ROW and easement parcel (signed and sealed). <br />b) Right -of -way plans on 22 "x34" Mylars and 11 "x17" (1/2 scale sheets). <br />c) One set of area computation sheets for legal descriptions, plats and ROW maps <br />for ROW parcels. <br />d) Digital files on CD for the right -of -way plans and reference files in Microstation <br />(.DGN) <br />e) Format and PDF files of field book copies. <br />2) Utilitv Trackins Report: <br />a) Create, provide and maintain a utility tracking report spreadsheet, which will <br />include a potential conflict location datasheet <br />HDR — Loop 82 Project Agreement <br />16 <br />
