on the schematic (provided by the Engineer) to approximately 100' past those <br />limits. <br />b) Collect 3 -D Coordinate (xyz) on both rails on the main UPRR track line at <br />approximate 100' intervals for approximately 1500' either side of the proposed <br />crossing. <br />c) Locate up to 20 boreholes after drilling and provide 3 -D Coordinate (xyz) <br />coordinates on each. It is assumed that the Engineer will drill and survey <br />boreholes once and that this will be done during the course of the design survey. <br />d) Provide field survey personnel (as differentiated from a qualified arborist) to <br />locate any hardwood trees 8" diameter breast high ( "dab ") and greater within the <br />design survey limits stated above. Locating of trees less than 8" dab, landscaping <br />or sprinkler system appurtenances are outside of this scope of services. <br />e) Append the design survey data collected herein to the 3D DTM dgn file in <br />Microstation V8 format. <br />1.5.2 Deliverables. As part of this Task 1.5, deliver to the City: <br />1) Survey Control Drawing (11' X 17" hard copy and 2D DGN file). <br />2) Appended 2D DGN file of surveyed planimetrics, 3D DGN file of survey data only, <br />Appended DTM file with spot elevations and break lines, GEOPAK file, TIN file and <br />Word Doc of surveyed points and control. <br />3) Scanned field book copies in PDF format. <br />1.6 TASK 6 - ROADWAY DESIGN CONTROLS - COMPUTATIONS AND <br />DRAFTING) (TxDOT Function Code 160) <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.6.1 Refine proposed typical sections for the PS &E, based on the draft final schematic <br />approved by the City. <br />1.6.2 Meet with the City, prior to beginning PS &E development, in order to determine the <br />strategy for coordinating work efforts among involved parties; <br />1.6.3 Prepare construction plan sheets, including the following: <br />1) Horizontal alignment data sheet; and <br />2) Removal items — Locations and quantitics. <br />1.6.4 Prepare Plan and profile sheets for the following: <br />1) Loop 82 from Charles Austin Dr. to Eastwood Street; <br />2) Eastbound and westbound access roads; <br />3) Two access road turnarounds; <br />4) Two cross roads between access roads; and <br />5) Post Road Realignment. <br />HDR —Loop 82 Project Agreement <br />18 <br />
