for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. <br />1.1.3 Perform general administrative duties associated with the Project, to include <br />monitoring/reporting, agendas /minutes, scheduling, general correspondence, office <br />administration, and invoicing. The Engineer will prepare and submit monthly progress reports <br />and invoices to the City for review and approval. <br />1.1.4 Maintain an "issues list" identifying the date the Project related issues become known, <br />the person(s) responsible for solution(s), date solution(s) will be provided, and final resolution of <br />the issue. <br />1.1.5 Participate in meetings with the City to include: <br />a) One initial kickoff meeting; and <br />b) At least one progress meeting per month. <br />1.1.6 Meet with the City's Project Manager periodically or as needed to update the City on the <br />progress of work. <br />1.1.7 Head the Project team and coordinate the integration of pertinent Project issues. <br />1.1.8 Perform an internal Quality Assurance /Quality Control ( "QA/QC ") of deliverables prior <br />to submittal to the City and to TxDOT. <br />1.1.9 Direct and coordinate activities associated with both production of the design schematic <br />and the PS &E plan set. <br />1.1.10 Attend a Design Concept Conference, to update the Design Summary Report ( "DSR "). <br />1.1.11 Develop a project schedule for the design schematic and PS &E, indicating tasks, and <br />milestone dates for City review and approval. The Engineer will review progress monthly and <br />report progress to the City. <br />1.1.12 Document meetings and forward copies of meeting minutes to the City and to TxDOT. <br />The Engineer's Project Representative will attend meetings with appropriate City staff. In <br />addition, the Engineer will hold up to eight (8) meetings in addition to three (3) meetings <br />scheduled with TxDOT for the 30 %, 60% and 90% PS &E submittal reviews. Additional <br />meeting may be requested to discuss design issues as directed by the City and TxDOT. <br />1.1.13 Prepare monthly progress reports for review by the City. Monthly progress reports will <br />include: <br />1) Activities performed during each reporting period; and <br />2) Major activities planned for the each reporting period. <br />HDK— Loop 82 Project Agreement <br />
