Consider Ordinance 2011 -06 amending Chapter 86, Article 9, Cross Connection Control and Backflow Prevention of the San Marcos City Code to update, clarify, and maintain compliance with Texas Commission on Environmental Ouality regulations. 9. Consider approval of bid for Pursuit Police Interceptors and Non Police Package Mid Size Sedan. • 10. Consider approval of Resolution 2011 -24R the extension of an annual contract with McCoy Tree Surgery Co. for the provision of citywide tree trimming services; authorizing the purchasing manager to execute the appropriate documents related to this contract extension on behalf of the city and declaring No Item(s) were pulled from the Consent Agenda and considered separately. MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Jones and a second by Councilmember Prather, the City Council voted (7) for and (0) opposed, to approve the Consent Agenda. The motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC HEARINGS 11. 8:OOPM Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Ordinance 2011 -05 amending the Official Zoning Map of the City to establish a Planned Development District Overlay for a 3.86 acre, more or less, tract of property located at 222 Ramsay Street with a base zoning of "MF -24" Multiple - Family Residential District; approving Development Standards for the Iconic Village PDD; including procedural provisions; and providing for penalties; and consider adoption of Ordinance 2011 -05.
