J. Open Space <br />Open Space within the development plays a crucial role in the overall success of <br />the multifamily development. The areas identified in Exhibit D shall remain open <br />space for use and enjoyment of the residents of the property. <br />K Concept Plan <br />Because the property is not increasing the overall site impervious cover and is <br />not being proposed to be redeveloped in phases the PDD requirement for a <br />concept plan is hereby waived. <br />
