<br />Public Records, Hays County, Texas, a distance of739.90 feet to a Yz-inch iron rod found at the east corner
<br />of the said 11.029 acre School District tract, same being the north corner of the said 8.00 acre Martin tract,
<br />for a re-entrant comer of the tract described herein;

<br />THENCE S 480 20' 44" W, leaving the southwest Hne of the said 86.578 acre School District tract, with
<br />the southeast line of the said 11.029 acre School District tract, same being the northwest line of the said
<br />8.00 acre Martin tract, a distance of 448.40 feet to a !h-inch iron rod with plastic cap stamped "LAP' set in
<br />the northeastern line of said proposed right-of-way, for the most westerly south corner of the tract described
<br />herein, and from which a Y2-inch iron rod with plastic cap stamped "LAII! set for the south comer of the
