<br />1.1.5 Any provisions in this Agreement pertaining to the City's review, approval and/or <br />acceptance of written materials prepared by the Engineer and/or its sub consultants, contractors, <br />and subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish the Engineer's <br />responsibility for the materials. <br /> <br />1.1.6 Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer will <br />advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services, and the <br />Engineer will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br /> <br />1.1.7 The Engineer will assemble a Project team comprised of the City's representatives and the <br />Engineer's representatives. The Engineer will meet with the Project team to set the design and <br />production schedule and parameters for all subsequent work, to verify the components within <br />which all Project participants must perform, and to identify all parties and significant deadlines <br />involved in the comprehensive schedule strategy. Based on this information, the Engineer will <br />prepare a detailed schedule of its work for the Project addressing each component of the work to <br />be done, indicating the points of involvement of all project participants. The Engineer will <br />conduct weekly progress meetings between the Project team and the Contractor once the <br />construction contract is executed. Meet with the City's Project Manager periodically or as <br />needed to update the City on the progress of work. <br /> <br />1.1.8 The Engineer will assist the City in connection with the City's responsibility for filing <br />documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the <br />Proj ect. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - DATA COLLECTION AND REVIEW <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Obtain relevant portions of: <br /> <br />a) construction plans for the El Camino Real Transmission main from previous <br />design engineer Carter Burgess, <br />b) tax appraisal district maps, <br />c) Texas Department of Transportation "TxDOT" right-of-way maps, <br />d) County Road 266 right-of-way maps, <br />e) petroleum and natural gas pipeline maps, <br />f) existing water and wastewater utilities maps, <br />g) water and wastewater line record drawings (if available), <br />h) power transmission and distribution maps, <br />i) fiber optic system maps, <br />j) and any other relevant City planning documents. <br /> <br />2 <br />
