<br />Draft 4/14/05 <br />exceeds $25,000. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant with copies of <br />official City design standards and construction standards, and other data and information in the <br />City's possession needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's request. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate Sabas Avila, Assistant Director of Environment and Engineering as the City's <br />Project Manager and authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this <br />Agreement. The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the Consultant <br />and promptly render responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter public <br />and private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.4 Provide assurance of ROW Project Release and compliance with all StateIFederal <br />requirements. <br /> <br />2.5 Provide copies of TxDOT approved Right of Way Map, and originals of legal <br />descriptions with parcel plats. <br /> <br />2.6 Provide timely reviews and approval of submissions. <br /> <br />2.7 Process and issue all checks for payment of approved purchase prices for each parcel, <br />relocation payment, and incidental expense involved in the transfer of property to the City. <br /> <br />2.8 Provide final approval for all appraisals, relocation supplements, and moving payments. <br /> <br />2.9 Be responsible for the costs of preliminary title commitments and title insurance for all <br />parcels acquired. <br /> <br />2.10 Bear any other costs incident to this Article. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES. <br /> <br />3.1 Reimbursable expenses, including such things as expenses for plotting, reproduction of <br />documents, auto travel mileage, delivery charges, long distance communications, and freight are <br />included in the Consultant's basic services compensation.
