<br />Draft 4/14/05 <br />will advise the City of data and information the Consultant needs to perform its services, and the <br />Consultant will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1- PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Provide monthly summaries of project expenses including amounts authorized, amounts <br />paid and budget forecasting. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Maintain current status reports including contact reports of all parcel and project <br />activities and provide to the City on a monthly basis. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Provide schedule of all areas of work indicating anticipated start and end dates. The <br />Consultant will prepare an initial property owner contact list for use by City in distribution of <br />Right- of-Way ("ROW"). <br /> <br />1.2.4 Keep project and parcel files in good order in the Consultant's office. <br /> <br />1.2.5 Prepare invoices utilizing City standard payment submissions forms with supporting <br />documentation. <br /> <br />1.2.6 Keep and maintain records of all payments including check number, amount, and date <br />paid, etc. <br /> <br />1.2.7 Keep and maintain copies of all correspondence and written contacts with property <br />owners. <br /> <br />1.2.8 Participate in project review meetings on a monthly basis. <br /> <br />1.3 TASK 2 - TITLE SERVICES <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.3.1 Secure preliminary title commitment or preliminary title search, and five-year sales data <br />from the title company that will be providing title insurance. The cost of preliminary title <br />commitments will be paid by the City. <br /> <br />1.3.2 Secure title commitment updates in accordance with insurance rules and requirements for <br />parcel payment submissions. Cost of title commitment updates will be paid by the City. <br /> <br />2 <br />
