Oliver and wife, Mable Oliver, to C.E. Chamberlin and wife, <br />Eva S. Chamberlin, by deed of date December 19, 1936, and of record in Volume 112, pages 411- <br />13 of tne Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and this beginning corner 1s at the intersection <br />of the Northwest line of Live Oak Street and the Southwest line of Austin Street and this is <br />the most Eastern corner of the property hereby conveyed; <br />THENCE along the Northwest line of Live Oak Street, S. 430 39' W. 84.75 feet to an <br />iron pipe from which point a Live Oak tree, 22 inches in diameter, bears S. 840 47' W. 56.5 <br />feet and a Pecan tree, 14 inches in diameter, bears N. 600 19' W. 32.3 feet for the South <br /> <br />corner; <br /> <br />THENCE N. 450 21' w. 185.0 feet, crossing a fence at 170.8 feet, to an iron p1pe <br />on the Southeast line of a 16-foot alley and the Northwest line of Lot. 105 for the West corner; <br />THENCE along the Southeast line of the alley, N. 430 39' E. 158.0 feet, passjng the <br />Southeast side of a Live Oak tree, 33 inches ir. diameter, at 96.1 feet, to an iron pipe at <br />the intersection of the Southeast line of the lu~oot alley and the Southwest side o~ Austin <br />Street for the most Northern corner of Lot 105 and the most Northern corner of the tract to <br />be conveyed and from which point a Live Oak tree, 33 inches in diameter, bears S. 450 05' W. <br />59.4 feet and a Hackberry tree, 26 inches in diameter, bears S. 250 35' E. 14.4 feet; <br />THENCE along the Southwest line of Austin Street, S. 230 59' E. 199-2 feet to the. <br />place of beginning, and containing 22,298 square feet of land according to a survey made upon <br />the ground by Don Cude, Surveyor. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
