<br />Legal description: I) All of Lots 104 and 107 of the Park Addition, and 2) all of Lots <br />105 and 106 of the Park Addition, SAVE AND EXCEPT the portion of those lots <br />described in the metes and bounds description attached as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Deed or plat reference: Volume 56, page 47 of the Hays County Deed Records (Park <br />Addition Plat); Volume 163, page 502-503 of the Hays County Deed Records <br />(conveyance of "save and except" tract) <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The Official Zoning Map of the City, as described in Section 4.1.2.2 of the <br />City Land Development Code, is amended to rezone the tract of real property described in <br />Section 1 above from "R-l" Single Family Dwelling District (Low Density) To "MU" Mixed <br />Use District. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Any person violating any prOVISIOn of this ordinance commits a <br />misdemeanor and is subject to the penalty provided in Section 1.015 of the San Marcos City <br />Code upon conviction. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. After its original passage, this ordinance will be subject to reconsideration <br />at the next regular City Council meeting. If this ordinance is not reconsidered, or if it is <br />reconsidered and approved, notice of its adoption will be published in a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the City.
