<br />CSJ: 0914-33-036, Etc. <br />Traffic Signal Upgrade <br />City of San Marcos, Hays Co. <br /> <br />15.As a modification to the MAFA, all notices to either party by the other required under this <br />agreement shall be delivered personally or sent by certified or U.S. mail, postage prepaid <br />or sent by electronic mail, (electronic mail being permitted to the extent permitted by law <br />but only after written consent of the parties), addressed to such party at the following <br />addresses: <br /> <br />State: <br /> <br />District Engineer <br />Texas Department of Transportation <br />Austin District <br />P.O. Either party hereto may change the above address by sending <br />written notice of such change to the other party.
