D) Convention and Visitor Bureau Board: Council appointed Chamber President, Brian Bondy, and asked staff to reach out to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for their recommendations. E) Envision Central Texas: Council appointed Councilmember Prather. F) Human Services Advisory Board: Council appointed David Ross and Travis Upchurch. Council requested staff to provide forms with completed data in order to fill the third vacancy. G) Main Street Advisory Board: Council appointed Valarie Fix and Gaylord Bose. H) Neighborhood Commission: Council appointed Terrance Parker for Division of Student Affairs and Abel Valencia for ASG Representative. The City's Pavement Management Program (PMP) is a city-wide system to assess roadway conditions and identify cost - effective strategies for roadway maintenance and rehabilitation in order to maintain acceptable levels of service. •
