<br />(b) The order of the mayor or city manager under this section may <br />impose any or all of the following restrictions or conditions on the use of water as the <br />circumstances may require: <br /> <br />(1 ) Landscape irrigation. <br /> <br />a. Existing or new landscapes. <br /> <br />1. Watering with sprinklers is permitted on designated days <br />only. <br /> <br />2. Watering with handheld hoses, buckets or drip irrigation <br />systems is permitted at any time. <br /> <br />3. Watering with reused water is exempt from reduction <br />measures. <br /> <br />b. New landscapes. Planting of new landscapes is prohibited. <br /> <br />(2) Vegetable gardens. <br /> <br />a. Watering with sprinklers is permitted on designated days only. <br /> <br />b. Watering with handheld hoses, buckets or drip irrigation <br />systems is permitted at any time. <br /> <br />(3) Golf courses. Only limited irrigation of tees and greens is permitted <br />with the following restrictions: <br /> <br />a. Watering with sprinklers is permitted on designated days only. <br /> <br />b. Irrigation with reused water is exempt from reduction measures. <br /> <br />(4) Swimming pools, hot tubs and similar facilities. <br /> <br />a. Filling and makeup of existing facilities are permitted. <br /> <br />b. Filling and makeup for new facilities are prohibited. <br /> <br />c. Draining onto impervious surfaces is prohibited. <br /> <br />(5) Aesthetic uses. Inside or outside use is prohibited except with reused <br />water. <br /> <br />(6) Other outdoor uses. <br />
