<br />a. Waste is prohibited. <br /> <br />b. The washing of any impervious surface is prohibited, except for <br />immediate human health, safety and welfare. <br /> <br />c. Noncommercial washing of automobiles, trucks, trailers, boats, <br />airplanes and other mobile equipment is permitted on <br />designated days only. Washing shall be done with a handheld <br />hose or bucket. Handheld hoses shall be equipped with a <br />positive shutoff nozzle. <br /> <br />(7) Commercial and industrial uses. <br /> <br />a. Washing of automobiles, trucks, trailers, boats, airplanes and <br />other mobile equipment is permitted on the immediate premises <br />of a commercial washing facility.,--()r bv a mobile car washinQ <br />system. <br /> <br />b. Commercial nurseries, commercial sod farms and other similar <br />establishments shall restrict watering hours to 6.00 a.m. to <br />10.00 a.m. <br /> <br />c. Restaurants are prohibited from serving water to customers <br />unless specifically requested by the customer. <br /> <br />d. Voluntary reduction of water use in commercial and industrial <br />processes is recommended. <br /> <br />e. Demand reduction measures for all outdoor water uses apply to <br />commercial and industrial uses. <br /> <br />(8) Domestic use. Voluntary reduction for indoor domestic use is <br />recommended by any means available. <br /> <br />(9) Essential and utility uses. <br /> <br />a. Fire fighting. No restrictions. <br /> <br />b. Medical use by health care facilities. No restrictions. <br /> <br />c. Water utility use. <br /> <br />1. Reduction of average system pressure to 60 psi is <br />recommended. <br /> <br />2. Leak detection and system repairs are recommended. <br />
