Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:31 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Hold discussion and receive a presentation regarding the Permit Center's Functional <br />Analysis and direction to staff. <br />Matthew Lewis, Interim Director of Development Services, presented the Council with the <br />functional analysis for the Permit Center. <br />4. Hold discussion and receive an update on the Downtown SmartCode and provide direction <br />to staff. <br />
