Consider adoption of Resolution 2011 -40R approving authorization of Change in Services <br />No. 1 to an agreement between the City and Texas Energy Engineering Services, Inc. for the <br />provision of additional services in connection with the City's Detailed Energy Audit Report <br />Proiect; increasing the original contract amount from $49,078.00 to $67,978.00; authorizing <br />the city manager to execute the authorization of change in services and declaring an effective <br />date. <br />13. Consider adoption of Resolution 2011 -41R approving the purchase of a mini - digger derrick <br />from SDP Manufacturing, Inc., for the Public Services Department— Electric Utilities Division <br />in the total amount of $136,981.00; authorizing the Purchasing Manager to execute purchasing <br />documents on behalf of the City and declarine an effective date. <br />14. Consider adoption of Resolution 2011 -45R approving the terms and conditions of an <br />Interlocal Agreement with Texas State University -San Marcos for the performance of a <br />ground - penetrating radar study of the San Marcos River; authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute this agreement on behalf of the City, and declaring an effective date. <br />15. Consider adoption of Resolution 2011 -46R approving an Interlocal Agreement with Texas <br />State University -San Marcos providing funding in an amount not to exceed $500,000.00, <br />inclusive of easement acquisition costs, for water and wastewater line extensions to support the <br />development by Texas State for a Science Research Park and Commercialization Center at <br />Hunter Road and McCarty Lane, authorizing the City Manager to execute said agreement on <br />behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />16. Consider adoption of Resolution 2011 -42R endorsing the implementation of a continuing <br />pretreatment program as required by 40 CFR 403 for the City of San Marcos Wastewater <br />System. <br />17. Consider adoption of Resolution 2011 -43R approving a Multi -Party Mutual Aid <br />Agreement between and among the City and various regional entities providing for inter- <br />agency cooperation and assistance in fire protection, emergency medical services and training; <br />authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City, and declaring <br />an effective date. <br />18.
