<br />Agreement shall be specified by separate written Agreement and shall be subject to each <br />provision ofthis Agreement. <br /> <br />1.1.5 Any provisions in this Agreement pertaining to the City's review, approval and/or <br />acceptance of written materials prepared by the Engineer and/or its subconsultants, contractors, <br />and subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish the Engineer's <br />responsibility for the materials. <br /> <br />1.1.6 Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer will <br />advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services, and the <br />Engineer will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1- PROJECT START-UP <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Attend an initial kick-off meeting with an appointed Advisory Committee. The Advisory <br />Committee will consist of representatives of the participating entities. These entities include the <br />City, Hays County, the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority ("GBRA"), the Edwards Aquifer <br />Authority ("EAA") and the Upper San Marcos Watershed District ("USMWD"), select members <br />of the City's Planning and Zoning Commission, City Council, City staff and private citizens. <br />The City will determine the actual composition of the Advisory Committee. The project <br />schedule and responsibilities of the participants will be set during this meeting and the details of <br />coordinating the tasks will be addressed. <br /> <br />1.3 TASK 2 - COLLECTION OF BASELINE INFORMATION <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.3.1 Begin to identify flood prone areas based on citizen input, City records, and other <br />participating entity's records. <br /> <br />1.3.2 Prepare an on-line survey ofthe community to solicit community input. <br /> <br />1.3.3 Assemble, with assistance from the City and the other entities, available GIS datasets, <br />current and future land use maps, soil maps, cultural resource maps and materials, environmental <br />resource maps and materials, Light Detection and Ranging ("LIDAR") topography, digital <br />orthophotography, cross-section data, existing Federal Emergency Management Agency <br />("FEMA") models, and previous drainage, engineering and geotechnical studies including the <br />Drainage Master Plan which was prepared by Camp Dresser and Mckee in 1994. <br /> <br />1.3.4 Coordinate with FEMA for the county-wide restudy currently in process.
