<br />1.3.5 Prepare for and attend Advisory Committee meeting number!. <br /> <br />1.4 TASK 3 - ENVIRONMENTAL CONSTRAINTS <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.4.1 Conduct a review of critical environmental features ("CEFs") already identified by the <br />City, as well as conduct some additional research to identify other CEFs that will been to be <br />considered during the development of improvements scenarios. <br /> <br />1.4.2 Quantify and map the various environmental constraints. <br /> <br />1.4.3 Prepare for and attend Advisory Committee meeting number 2. <br /> <br />1.5 TASK 4 - REVIEW AND IDENTIFICATION OF FLOOD AND DRAINAGE <br />PROBLEM AREAS <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.5.1 Following an extensive review of the information collected, work with the City to <br />classify the study area according to primary drainage system problems and secondary drainage <br />system problems. Based on a preliminary review of this information, the Engineer will prepare a <br />brief preliminary findings report which will outline the specific recommended problem areas for <br />study. <br /> <br />1.5.2 Identify a list of required field data at critical bridges, channel cross-sections, and slab <br />elevations, etc. <br /> <br />1.5.3 Prepare for and attend Advisory Committee meeting number 2 and public meeting <br />number 1 to deliver the preliminary report and receive further public input. <br /> <br />1.6 TASK 5 - NECESSARY FIELD SURVEY COLLECTION <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.6.1 Conduct field surveys on the following: <br /> <br />a) Blanco River - slab elevations in low lying subdivisions; <br />b) San Marcos River - cross-sections and bridge survey along Sessom Creek; <br />c) Purgatory Creek - the tributary of Purgatory Creek that enters above Soil <br />Conservation Service ("SCS")Dam No.5 from the northeast, extending through <br />the Franklin Square subdivision; <br />d) Sink Creek -cross sections and bridge/culvert crossings along Schulle Canyon <br />Creek; and <br />Espey Agreement <br /> <br />3 <br />
