<br />1.17.2 Upon the completion of a 60 day comment period after the public meeting, the Engineer <br />will revise the report as appropriate and present the final deliverables to the City and the TWDB. <br />The Engineer will include maps, technical analysis and supporting documentation and the <br />implementation and phasing plan, supported by the cost/benefit analysis as deliverables under <br />this subsection. In addition, the Engineer will include elevation certificates for residents in need <br />prepared by the City of San Marcos (ref. Section 1.13), a strategic plan for the expansion of the <br />early warning system/flood forecast system, a strategic plan for the implementation of any dual <br />purpose facilities with EAA and written recommendations on non-structural solutions which are <br />developed as part of this Agreement. <br /> <br />1.17.3 Attend advisory committee meetings numbers 14 and 15, and public meeting number <br />four. <br /> <br />1.18 ADDITIONAL SERVICES/CHANGE IN SERVICES <br /> <br />1.18.1 The City may direct the Engineer to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.17 above. The Engineer will submit a written <br />estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional <br />servIces <br /> <br />1.5.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Engineer <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment B. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 12.3 of this Agreement. The approval of <br />the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which <br />exceeds $25,000.00. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Engineer regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Engineer's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Engineer with copies of <br />official City design standards and construction standards, and other data and information in the <br />City's possession needed by the Engineer at the Engineer's request. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate Laurie Anderson, Director of Environment and Engineering as the City's <br />Project Manager and authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this <br />Agreement. The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the Engineer <br />and promptly render responses to the Engineer on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Engineer to enter public and <br />Espey Agreement <br /> <br />8 <br />
