Mr. Reis currently manages the Civil Design Department at Espey <br />Consultants, Inc. and is the primary lead for the Stormwater Management Team. The stonnwater <br />managements teams' primary focus includes local drainage, erosion control, flood control, watershed <br />master planning and water quality engineering in urban environments.
