For the first 5 years of Mr. Reis' career, his experience is characterized by extensive experience in
floodplain mapping and flood control projects located primarily in the greater Houston/Galveston
area. For the last 9 years while based in Austin, in addition to flood control related projects, Mr.
Reis' expertise bas grown to include extensive experience in stormwater quality and erosion control
engineering. Water quality engineering includes sampling, analysis and design. Erosion control
projects include 4 creek bank stabilization projects within the last year in connection with the Austin
Clean Water Program (ACWP) and 2 creek restoration projects in Round Rock.

As a result oftbis work experience, Mr. Reis has master level experience in the application, testing,
development and training of many stormwater modeling computer programs. The list includes:
HEC-I, HEC-HMS, HEC-2, BEC-RAS, HEC-GeoRAS, HEC-GeoHMS, HEC-FFA, H.MR52,
AdICPR, WinStonn, WSP-2 and others.

Project experience includes these primary categories:
. Project Management;
. Stormwater Management Master Planning (Erosion, Control, Flood Control and Water
Quality);
. Hydraulic and Hydrologic Analyses;
. Statistical Analyses;
. Water Budget Studies;
. Alternative Analysis and Preliminary Design;
. Value Engineering;
. Final Design and Preliminary Design;
. BMP Design;
. Dam Safety;
. TPDES; and
. Flood Insurance Studies (CLOMR, LOMR., LOIvlR-F, etc.)

Mr. Reis' background and extensive experience in urban stonnwater management provides unique
insight to solving problems for all types of clients, both public and private. Many of Mr. Reis'
associates, peers and acquaintances call on Mr. Reis routinely to solve complex storm water issues on
their projects. He is a respected hydrologist in the engineering community, as demonstrated by
continuing to provide subconsultant sotrmwater services to many engineering companies: HaItI
Associates, Inc., Jones & Carter, Inc., MaIonelWheeler, Inc., Rodriquez Transportation Group,
Huggins & Seiler Associates, Doucet & Associates, Inc., Montgomery & Associates, Inc., Sylva
Engineering Corporation, SWCA, Inc., Gray/Jansing Associates, Inc., Bury+Partners, me. and others.
