<br />III. <br />Responsibilities <br /> <br />Staff from TxSt - SM, CARTS and the City, in coordination with the Texas Department <br />of Transportation ("TxDOT"), will be responsible for the success of this partnership. <br />Specifically, these parties agree to support the following: <br /> <br />. Establish a working group to plan and accomplish the tasks required to achieve <br />the purposes of this document. TxDOT will support the task force by providing <br />research and facilitation resources. <br /> <br />. Develop a schedule to implement the plans within a 24 month period. <br /> <br />. Adopt operating policies and procedures consistent with the intent of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />. Conunit the resources necessary to complete tasks on-schedule and on-budget. <br /> <br />. Collaborate to find solutions identified during the planning or implementation. <br /> <br />.
