11. Wastewater containing n g y radioactive wastes or isotopes except in <br />compliance with applicable State or Federal Regulations; <br />12. Sludges, screenings, or other residues from the pretreatment of industrial <br />wastes; <br />13. Medical wastes, except as specifically authorized by the Director in an <br />individual wastewater discharge permit or general permit; <br />14. Wastewater causing, alone or in conjunction with other sources, the <br />treatment plant's effluent to fail toxicity test; <br />15. Detergents, surface - active agents, or other substances that might cause <br />excessive foaming in the POTW; <br />16. Fats, oils, or greases of animal or vegetable origin in concentrations <br />greater than 200 mg /1; <br />17. Drainage water contaminated by pollutants controlled by this <br />division, wastewater, or industrial waste shall not be discharged, either <br />directly or indirectly, into any storm sewer system or watercourse; <br />18. Other waste, unless authorized by the control authority; <br />19. Organic pollutants referred to in Section 307 (a)(1) of the Act, and listed <br />in Appendix B to 40 CFR 403 that are used in a manufacturing process shall <br />be segregated from wastewater discharge to the extent it is feasible to do so, <br />or any pollutant in a concentration or amount sufficient to cause any of the <br />following: <br />(a) The treatment plant to be in violation of its National Pollutant <br />Discharge Elimination system (NPDES) or TPDES permit; <br />(b) Any harmful or destructive condition in the city sewer system; or <br />(c) Any of the organic pollutants referred to in section 307(a) (1) of the <br />Act, and listed in Appendix B to 40 CFR 403 to exist in the POTW <br />effluent in excess of the limitations established in the relevant state and/or <br />federal rules and regulations. <br />20.
