Mr. Taylor moved to send property 51 back to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission to consider other zoning options and to use the normal <br />notice process, and Mr. Mihalkanin seconded the motion, which was approved <br />unanimously. Mr. Thomaides moved to send property 52 back to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission to consider other zoning options with the <br />normal notice process, and Mr. Diaz seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Taylor moved to send property 126 back to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission to consider other zoning options with the normal <br />notice process, and Mr. Thomaides seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. Mayor Narvaiz stated she feels the Council should study the <br />other items and have the Planning and zoning Commission review these <br />properties at their next meeting and provide a recommendation to the <br />Council before the next Regular Meeting scheduled for September 6, 2005. <br />The Council concurred. Mr. Mihalkanin moved to send properties numbered <br />23, 32, 36, 37, 38, 66, 87, 89, 94, 101, 122, 125, 16, 15, 17, 27, 28, 29 <br />and 30 back to the Planning and Zoning Commission to provide a <br />recommendation and additional information for second reading, and Mr. <br />Taylor seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Council voted <br />unanimously for approval of the Ordinance on first reading (excepting the <br />three protests) . <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting held August 1, 2005, adoption of two Ordinances on third <br />and final reading, and adoption of eight Resolutions, on consent. The <br />Council removed Items 16, 17, 19 and 20, adoption of Resolution, to be <br />considered separately. Mr. Thomaides moved for approval of minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting held August 1, 2005, adoption of two Ordinances on third <br />and final reading, and adoption of the remaining four Resolutions with <br />amendments on Item 13, on consensus, and Mr. Taylor seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously (Item 18, adoption of a Resolution, Mr. Mihalkanin <br />voted nay and Mr. Guerrero abstained business affidavits filed with City <br />Clerk).
